Batgirl in the dominant role always seems strange to us because she's such an obvious submissive, and having her top Supergirl, who's infinitely more powerful, only makes it stranger still. Yet we have now three scenes with Batgirl in the spanker's role and two of them with Supergirl over her knee! In the first, Batgirl has neutralized Supergirl's powers with a kryptonite-laced Batrope and proceeds to redden her butt.
Our artist is Poochy-Girls, and we weren't familiar with him before stumbling onto this one despite the fact he seems to have been around for a while. Perhaps he put more of his work on his Patreon page where we wouldn't have seen it because we can't afford Patreon (how anyone can right now is a mystery to us). This particular work originated on Patreon, and according to PG Supergirl had no panties in that original version.
Poochy-Girls apparently did a lot of Disney stuff but got bored and decided to branch out. He obviously has a fair amount of technical skill to be able to imitate the animation-style of these characters - exactly how much we can't estimate from the rather small sampling of his work that's available to us (that is, on DeviantArt). Spanking seems to be of at most passing interest to him, so we're lucky to have this Batgirl/Supergirl pairing, and of equal concern to us spankos, he seems to draw girl/girl stuff only.
