CSR readers will no doubt remember this classic Humorama cartoon by Dan DeCarlo:
Since DeCarlo was also chief artist at Archie Comics for a number of years, it was probably only a matter of time before someone thought, "Why not have a spanking for one of Archie's girls in the style of a Humorama cartoon?" and in fact chose this one as the model: Betty admits to her father that she deserves a spanking but requests that Archie perform the deed instead. The result is a worthy tribute to DeCarlo, although there are a couple of problems, namely that we can't tell from Archie's expression whether he's delighted (as he should be) or alarmed, and that the art somehow looks compressed from side to side.
The artist here is Tony Farr, whose spanking art first appeared years ago under various names and which we'll be seeing more of in the future. (See e.g. Secretary Spanking #A1, signed "Rocky Fritz".)
