We've seen artist Tim Phillips several times before in CSR. He always presents his spanking superheroines in a more or less traditional "comic book style" which suits those of us who grew up fantasizing about turning them over our knees. This one was originally entitled, "The Best of Both Worlds," presumably because along with Wonder Woman getting spanked it also featured Power Girl and her oversized boobs. In fact, there was a second panel that served only to display those "monstrous melons" as PG herself refers to them, but we have taken the liberty of removing it as it's completely gratuitous, has no spanking, and doesn't even display WW's spanked bottom.
A hand-spanking with the bending over position is somewhat unusual, but not unheard of, and it's practical enough even though we associate hand-spanking with the OTK position and bending the spankee over with the use of an implement.
