Chicago Spanking Review

Binary Spanks Young Rogue #1

---> Comics Gallery 1

Tim Phillips is no stranger to CSR readers, having been featured in this gallery several times before (most recently in Huntress/Black Canary #1). Our spankee, Rogue, should also be familiar by now as many artists have cast her in this role for whatever reason. The one laying the high-energy spanks on her roguish rear end is the much less well known Binary, who was accidentally created by Captain Marvel (the most recent version). Why Binary would be spanking Rogue isn't at first clear, and one might naturally think that perhaps Binary, like we at CSR and all those spanking artists we mentioned before, just can't resist the opportunity to smack Rogue's rear, but we'll have one of our patented complicated explanations after we take a look at the piece.

Phillips seems to have intended a parody of The Uncanny X-Men #171 (July 1983), in which Rogue first approached the X-Men because her powers were out of control. Professor X lets her join the team, much to their surprise - maybe they wanted to try to paddle the problem out of her, which is always our personal approach wink - and Carol Danvers (Ms. Marvel and later Captain Marvel after she was promoted from Angry Feminist (and who was in desperate need of a spanking herself) made a guest appearance. Now, Carol was the Captain Marvel who created Binary, which perhaps explains the connection here if we assume she's trying to help Rogue by spanking her, which seems logical to us.
