A little more from Tim Phillips now as we switch from Marvel (last time) to DC. We never thought too much of the whole
"Justice League International" concept, but what we do like is the concept of strict discipline for superheroines! Our spanker
is Oberon, and we explained who he was back in
Mister Miracle Spanks Big Barda. Our spankees are The Huntress and,
making her CSR debut, Fire, a character we weren't previously familiar with even though she goes back quite a way now.
She was created for the Super Friends franchise (Super Friends #25, October 1979) and then "crossed over" into
regular DC comics, typically in various Justice League titles and limited series. She looks a little strung-out here but at
least she's going to live up to her name in the form of some fire to the fanny courtesy of Oberon.
