As we've remarked elsewhere, the idea of Batgirl spanking anyone is absurd because she's such an obvious submissive herself. (Any girl who would put Batman's bat-insignia on her costume, taking it for her own, would also subconsciously desire to have it stamped on her behind with the Bat-Paddle, preferably by Batman himself). Imagining she could defeat the Riddler on her own is equally ridiculous, but that's the scenario that an unknown commissioner presented to artist Tim Phillips, whose M/F work we've enjoyed several times at CSR and who does a creditable job here even though the whole thing seems wrong.
In reality, if Batgirl tackled the Riddler she'd be turned over his knee and he'd be
taunting her. "Riddle me this, Batgirl: what's soft and round and red all over?"
