We've seen the work of M.J. Bivouac many times here at CSR, especially in the Doctor Cylon Gallery but also here as for example with Daisy Mae from Li'l Abner. This time he supplies us with a scene at the beach in which Batgirl pulls down Supergirl's bikini to give her a playful swat. No sizzling eroticism here, but the mood is gentle and the result is rather cute, even though Batgirl makes a better Submissive than a Dominant.
