We think we've seen the work of this unknown artist some place else, but we can't put our finger on it. He's got the DC animation style down pat, but what really distinguishes him is his habit of turning up the spankee's buttocks to the maximum possible extent (achieved in real life by having the spankee well bent-over and with her back well-arched), resulting in an ideal target. Batgirl doesn't seem too bothered here - no surprise as everyone has always figured she was into it. The spanker's face isn't shown, but he dresses like Lex Luthor. Why would Luthor be spanking Batgirl instead of Supergirl? We can't say, but it's possible that someone altered the original drawing to change some other spankee into Batgirl (the cowl helps make that possible). We'll keep our eyes open for more information.
